Lighting and Costumes Design: Hofesh Shechter
Additional Music: Verdi, Bach, ATM and Dance Music by Ophir Ilzetzki

Approximately 7,106 languages divide the human race. Approximately 3.8 billion years of evolution divide all life on Earth.

Tonight those divisions collapse. Tonight, 3.8 billion years of evolution will unwind to the beat of a drum. Tonight 7,106 languages will die.

Submit to the wit and power of this New Creation by Hofesh Shechter, adapted from an earlier work, created especially for and inspired by the dancers of Aterballetto.

“This Israeli-born choreographer is one of the British dance scene’s hottest properties, the creator of works that are full of raw, visceral energy, set to blasting percussive scores that he composes himself.”
The New York Times
