Hektor Buddla was born in Tirana (Albania) in 1982. He completed the classical training course at the Artistic and Choreographic Lycée in his home city studying with S. Dajgi and L. Satino and obtained a degree in 2001. He won first prize at the Dance Meeting Contest with a pas de deux from the Nutcracker. He afterwards attended the training course at the Centro della Danza/ Aterballetto, under the direction of M. Bigonzetti, and appeared in L’Incantatore by Loris Pertillo at the Teatro Comunale in Modena in April 2002. From May 2002 to 2008, he performed with the Balletto di Roma. He joined Aterballetto in August 2008.
