Born in France in 1994, Hélias graduated at the School of the Hamburg Ballet.

In the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 seasons he danced with the National Ballet John Neumeier performing creations by Neumeier (Alleluya, In the blue garden), Monique Loudières (Raymonda), Natalia Horecna (Dressed up in a tissue paper, The swirl of snow remains) and Masa Kolar (Songs & Chansons).
Then, until 2017, he performed with NDT2 in works by Paul Lightfoot & Sol Leon, Johan Inger, Hans Van Manen, Sharon Eyal and others.
In 2017-2018 season he was soloist at Balet Rijeka, Croatia.

Hélias is interested in choreography and his Homme has been selected for the Assemblée Internationale 2013 in Toronto. Furthermore, he has been asked to choreograph on two Hamburg Ballet dancers for the Erik Bruhn Prize 2015.

In August 2018 he joined Aterballetto.
